Just a day after taking his official visit to Lawrence, Chandler decided to commit to the Jayhawks. Kansas dipped into the state of Texas to land the coverage corner. A two-sport athlete who plays baseball and football, Chandler accepted the Kansas scholarship offer despite other offers closer to home. Chandler was also a kickoff and punt returner in high school, and may be able to see the field on special teams sooner rather than later at KU.
