Team USA used a huge 25-2 run in the fourth quarter last night to run away from Lithuania, setting up a matchup with the Russians with a medal guarantee on the line. The winner of this matchup will advance to play Germany for the gold medal, while the loser will play Brazil for the bronze.
Russia has had an outstanding tournament so far, undefeated in all of their games. They demolished Estonia 86-65 in their quarterfinal matchup, setting up a clash of titans when they match up with Team USA tomorrow morning at 4:30am.
