Unfortunately, Weird Wednesday did not come together yesterday. Without any reader submissions, I wasn't able to scrounge up enough to fill out the full post. I'll start earlier for next week, but I don't want to waste the strange ones I found this week, so I'll share them at the end of the News and Notes today.
We have a little bit of everything today, so enjoy. My policy from here on out is to lead off with whatever sport had a game last night. If there isn't one, I'll lead with the sport closest to the end of its season, so for the next week or so that would be volleyball stories if I have some.
