Three KU football coaches helped former WR Marcus Henry take off
After his final high school game in 2004, Marcus Henry didn’t have any offers from the "big" schools. The 6-foot-4 wideout from Eisenhower high school in Lawton, Okla., had the intentions of pursuing his football career at the junior college level. But following an impressive showing in the Oklahoma All-State game, Henry received a call from a coach in the Big 12.
