Kansas football vs. Iowa State: Who stood out and who didn't...
Logan was the star of Saturday's game on the Kansas side. He had one interception and nearly made another on a diving attempt after tracking a ball all the way across the field. He delivered a strong standup hit to Breece Hall and tackled him one-on-one, which was impressive even though Logan didn't have a huge tackling day.
Kansas football turns to freshman O-linemen against Iowa State
At one point in Saturday's KU football game — a 52-22 loss to Iowa State — the Jayhawks rolled out an offensive line configuration that featured two freshmen and a redshirt-freshman. Bill Self talks KU basketball's plans for Election Day
"I know I voted this past week on our off day, and I think four or five players voted there," Self said. "I saw three of them at the polls when I was there. Everybody has their absentee ballots. Everybody has sent them in. I think there may be one or two that hasn’t voted yet, and we’re trying to get everybody to vote before Tuesday. But we anticipate having 100-percent participation with everybody in our program that can vote — [they] will vote.”
A look at Kenny Logan's highlight-filled outing vs. Iowa State
That number, previously worn by Pooka Williams, was certainly involved in a number of memorable highlights over the last two-and-a-half years — at least before Williams opted out ahead of the K-State game. The defensive player sporting that number, Kenny Logan, had made his fair share of plays, too. But he hadn't yet had a performance that rivaled one of Williams' top games — at least until Saturday.

Ian O'Connor - The New England Patriots miss Tom Brady more every Sunday
Bill Belichick brought a smart plan to Buffalo, even with two undrafted receivers as his top outside playmakers, and even with a third-quarter onside-kick call in his hip pocket that should have stayed there. The New England Patriots were driving toward a potential winning touchdown, toward Belichick's 36th victory in 41 games against the Bills as Patriots coach, before Cam Newton did something Tom Brady rarely did in the closing seconds of a game.
