Commitment weekend begins: Garrett Jones chooses KU football
KU football is expected to walk away from the weekend — which will feature a lengthy list of visitors — with several commitments, and the first announced one came in from offensive lineman Garrett Jones on Friday evening.

Jayhawks land commitment from 4-star DB, per his coach
JaCobee Bryant, who is a four-star prospect in the Top247 and the No. 25-ranked cornerback per the 247Sports staff, is apparently the latest player to commit to the Jayhawks. Bryant's coach at Hillcrest, Clinton Smith, Tweeted the news out with a picture of Bryant in a KU jersey. Bryant favorited that tweet and responded to another player who announced his KU commitment on the evening by saying, "Welcome to the family big bro."
