KU adds WR to 2020 class

3-star WR Keith Miller III, out of The Colony, TX, has committed to KU over Colorado and Texas Tech.

NCAA Football: Texas at Kansas Jay Biggerstaff-USA TODAY Sports

Keith Miller III, a 6’5”, 200 lb WR out of The Colony, TX, (near Dallas) has verbally committed to KU football and Les Miles.

Miller chose the Jayhawks over a rather impressive offer sheet that included Boston College, Illinois, Georgia Tech, K-State, Wake Forest, and Washington State, but his three finalists appeared to come down to KU, Colorado, and Texas Tech.

Per 247Sports, Miller ranks in the top-150 in the state of Texas. He provides immediate size and, presumably, speed for the KU wide receiving corps.

Miller becomes KU’s fifth commit for the 2020 class, joining WR Trevor Kardell, TE Will Huggins, ATH/QB Da’Vonshai Haden, and WR Keenan Hambrick.
