Kansas looks to stay within striking distance of K-State (ugh that felt wrong typing that) as KU welcomes West Virginia to Allen Fieldhouse.
Check out this link for TV/Radio information.
Kansas comes into this matchup at 19-6. Last time out, the Jayhawks outlasted TCU in overtime in Fort Worth for an 82-77 victory.
West Virginia enters the contest at 10-14. The ‘Eers are coming off a 22-point drubbing by Texas in Morgantown, a 75-53 affair. West Virginia has lost its last two games by a total of 53 points.
Kansas leads the all-time series with West Virginia 10-5, which includes a 6-0 mark in Lawrence and Allen Fieldhouse. KU is obviously looking to avenge a pretty embarrassing 65-64 defeat in Morgantown earlier this year.
With a win today, Kansas will have won 20 or more games for 30th consecutive season, the longest active streak and second-longest all-time in NCAA D1 (31, UNC).
It’s about gametime, so...
Let’s roll!
