Khmelnitckaia and Koch go undefeated again - Kansas Jayhawks
Koch earned the biggest victory of the day with a come-from-behind 4-6, 6-3, 6-1 win over No. 39-ranked Jaeda Daniel from Auburn. Khmelnitckaia notched her second-straight singles victory of the fall with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Taylor Russo, also from Auburn.

Obviously some of the intensity changed once the Jayhawks were behind by three scores, but the game was never fully out of reach until late, especially after KU scored a touchdown to cut the deficit to 16 in the third quarter.

The KU offense was as bad as its been all year against Baylor. The Jayhawks scored seven points and really should have ended the game with right around 200 yards if Baylor had run out the clock on its last possession, which it chose not to do for some unknown reason. KU drove into field-goal range in the first half but had drives pretty much stall the rest of the game. The lone exception was when Pooka Williams broke out with a 70-plus yard run in the second half and Bender finished off the drive with his touchdown pass.
