The last outing for the Kansas Jayhawks was not too fun. Now, they travel to Ames to face the Iowa State Cyclones. Can KU avoid another devastating loss?
dnoll5: No idea. None. No clue. Why not predict Kansas to win this one? Kansas 78, Iowa State 77.
Kyle_Davis21: Yeah, I’m not confident that I know how this game will play out, other than it’ll probably be close because most KU games in Ames are. If I keep writing that Kansas will break out of its shooting slump, it’ll happen eventually (right?). Iowa State is giving up 78.7 ppg (seventh best) in conference play so this seems like a good time to get hot. Kansas 76, Iowa State 74
Fizzle406: Kansas has looked like crap recently and will either continue to look like crap or walk into the one of the more hostile venues in the Big 12 and pull out a win against a team they just barely beat at home. I think the former is much more likely. Iowa State 80, Kansas 65
David: I’m so frustrated with basketball right now, I don’t even think KU can beat a team that’s only 3-11 in Big 10 play. Hawkeyes 63, Jayhawks 60
Mike.Plank: You think the sky is falling now? Wait until Kansas loses to Iowa State. They already lost to OSU in Allen, who we thought was the worst team in the league. This team can lose to anyone. Of course, they can also beat just about anyone too. However, I’m done predicting great things for this squad. Iowa State 90, Kansas 75.
Andy Mitts: Anyone who tells you they know what is going to happen with this team is either stupid or lying. But I can tell you that Kansas is clearly the more talented team. The Jayhawks really need to get their act together here, and I think they do, but just barely. Defense wins this one again. Kansas 65, Iowa State 62.
