TCU at Kansas Open Game Thread

Kansas returns to the friendly confines wide open spaces of Memorial Stadium for a home matchup against TCU.

Kansas is coming off a 48-16 road loss at Texas Tech, while TCU was manhandled by Oklahoma 52-27 in Fort Worth.

TCU leads the all-time series vs Kansas 22-8-4. The Frogs have won all six matches with the Jayhawks since joining the Big 12 Conference.

TCU won the most recent meeting 43-0 in 2017 in Fort Worth and has defeated the Jayhawks six consecutive times. In last year’s meeting, Kansas set a Big 12 futility record for total offense with 21 yards during a game that embarrasingly featured a running clock in the fourth quarter. (But David Beaty is still a good coach, you guys.)

That’s right. A running clock. In D1 football.
