Kansas welcomes Iowa State into the loving embrace of Allen Fieldhouse where the Cyclones somehow magically have a one-game “winning streak” against the Jayhawks.
Kansas (12-3, 2-1) is currently ranked #12 in the AP Poll.
Iowa State (9-5, 0-3) comes in unranked.
The Hawkeyes are coached by Steve Prohm, who is 56-28 in his third season in Ames. Prohm is 106-57 in seven seasons overall, with his only previous gig at Murray State.
Kansas leads the all-time series against ISU 179-64. The two teams split the series last year, each winning on the other’s home court. The schools have split the last six meetings as well, but KU is still 51-10 against ISU all-time in Allen Fieldhouse.
