The Jayhawks scored early and late and collected their fourth-straight clean sheet as the Kansas soccer team to a 2-0 victory over the Colorado College Tigers Friday night inside Rock Chalk Park. Senior Lois Heuchan netted her first goal of the year with a strike in the fourth minute, while junior Grace Hagan added a goal late, her second of the year.

The Kansas men's and women's cross country teams will open the 2017 season on Saturday, September 2, by hosting the Bob Timmons Dual Classic at Rim Rock Farm. The men's 6K race is slated to begin at 9 a.m., with the women's 5K scheduled to follow at 10 a.m. The Jayhawks will be competing against UMKC and Oral Roberts in the meet.
