The Game

Kansas comes into the game fresh off a pasting of 9-seed Michigan State in the Second Round, a 90-70 affair that was actually much closer than the final score indicated for 33 or 34 minutes.

Meanwhile, Purdue withstood a furious rally by Iowa State in the second round. ISU came roaring back from a 19-point second half deficit to take the lead with just over 3 minutes left, but Purdue was able to fend them off in the end.
