Kansas Football Recruiting Profile: Dominic Williams Signs with Jayhawks

RB chose KU over Arizona State, Baylor, and several other schools.

NCAA Football: Oklahoma at Kansas John Rieger-USA TODAY Sports

Bio

Dominic committed to Kansas way back in 2015 as a junior in high school. He picked up offers from Baylor and Utah late in the recruiting process, but remained firm with David Beaty and Kansas. He rushed for 2085 yards and 29 TDs his senior year, which was actually down from his junior and sophomore years in terms of yards and TDs. KU’s lone 4-star recruit per Rivals, Williams is an explosive playmaker who, considering KU’s struggles at RB last fall, may get a shot at RB as soon as his true freshman campaign of 2017.
