Selection Sunday 2016: Open Thread

The Kansas Jayhawks have appeared in 44 total NCAA Tournaments, including 26 in a row (about to be 27).  In fact, the last time KU did not go dancing, "Lost in Your Eyes" by Debbie Gibson was the #1 song and "Lean on Me" was the #1 movie in theaters.  It was March of 1989.

Anyway, Kansas has seen 14 Finals Fours and won three championships while compiling an overall 97-43 record.  In his career, Bill Self is 36-15 in the Tournament, 26-10 while at Kansas.

Talk about the draw, the regional, and the tournament as a whole.

Once the brackets are out, consider the following questions:

How far will the Jayhawks advance?  What do you like about our draw?  What do you hate about our draw?

Who is under-seeded?

What's your first-round upset special?  Unfortunately, Norfolk State is not an option this year.  Neither is La Salle.
