Kansas and Baylor meet this evening in the semifinals of the Big 12 Tournament at Sprint Center in Kansas City, MO.
Baylor (22-10, 10-8) is coming off a 75-61 win against Texas, while Kansas (28-4, 15-3) enters today's contest off an 85-63 win over Kansas State.
Kansas has likely locked in the number one overall seed in next week's NCAA Tournament. However, Bill Self doesn't like to lose, so don't look for the Jayhawks to take it easy on the Bears.
Baylor, for its part, is also an NCAA Tournament lock, although they could likely improve their seed with a win over the Jayhawks. Look for both teams to play hard and go at each other.
Here are the essentials:
The Numbers
#1 Kansas: 28-4, 15-3
#22 Baylor: 22-10, 10-8
