The Jayhawks (25-4, 13-3) travel southward to take on the mighty Texas Longhorns on the final installment of Big Monday. KU is making the return trip to Austin after taking down UT by a 76-67 score in Lawrence back on January 23.
Texas (19-10, 10-6) is coming off a 76-63 win against Oklahoma in Austin while Kansas enters today's contest off a 67-58 home victory over Texas Tech.
It feels like I say this almost every game, but Texas is one of the hottest teams in the country right now. They've won three of their last four, and on Saturday, they ended the game against OU by going on a 22-0 run. Kansas has clinched at least a share of the Big 12 title, and can win it outright with a victory tonight.
Here are the essentials:
The Numbers
Kansas: 25-4, 13-3
Texas: 19-10, 10-6
Line: Kansas is a 1.5-point favorite.
