The Game

The big story of this one is former Kansas player Jerod Haase making his return to Allen Fieldhouse - as the head coach of the Stanford Cardinal. Haase played at KU fro 1995-97 under Roy Williams, then worked under Williams as an assistant for several years at both KU and North Carolina.

You may remember Stanford from the 2014 NCAA Tournament, but the only current Jayhawks that played in that game were Frank Mason and Landen Lucas. It seems doubtful that #Revenge will be any sort of motivating factor.

Stanford has size, but KU looks to have a solid edge in guard play. It will be interesting to see how this one plays out. For a more in-depth look at Stanford, check out our preview.
