Charlie Strong brings his seat-warmer to Lawrence, KS to take on the Jayhawks.
Kansas enters the game 1-9, 0-7, looking for its second win of the year. KU is coming off a 31-24 setback to Iowa State in Lawrence, a game which they led most of the way.
Texas comes in 5-5, 3-4, and looking to become bowl-eligible. The Longhorns enter the game fresh off a 24-20 defeat at the hands of West Virginia in Austin.

Texas is coached by Charlie Strong, who is 16-19 in his three years in Austin. In seven years as a head coach, Strong is 53-35 overall, with a prior stop at Louisville.
The plan is for Kansas to run Carter Stanley out there against Texas' five-star athletes. The Longhorns' defense has shown some cracks this year, so hopefully KU can figure where the 'Horns are vulnerable and make this something worth watching.
Rock Chalk!
