Kansas makes the trek up to Ames for a nationally televised volleyball matchup with Iowa State.
Iowa State is 8-6, 1-2 so far on the year. They are coming off a 3-2 win against West Virginia in Morgantown. However, they have dropped their other two Big 12 matches, to TCU and #23 Kansas State.
#6 Kansas is 13-2, 2-1 and coming off a 3-1 victory over Baylor in Lawrence. KU’s two losses this season were to #4 Texas and #17 Purdue.
Kansas has won four of the last five matchups against the Cyclones. Additionally, Kansas volleyball has now been ranked in the top-10 for a full calendar year, a mark that will end should KU fall in Ames to an Iowa State team that is looking to salvage its season in conference play.
