Kansas Men’s Basketball Garners NCAA Public Recognition
Kansas was one of 39 teams to be recognized for achieving Academic Progress Rate (APR) success in the top-10 percent of all NCAA Division I men's basketball programs, the national governing body announced Wednesday.

Since the 2011 NFL Draft, Kansas has had four players drafted, including three from this past draft class. As Kansas begins a new era with head coach David Beaty, the Jayhawks have a very young roster and don't have any All-Conference players returning to Lawrence, losing double-digit starters from last season. There will be a few seniors for NFL scouts to track this season, but the bulk of Kansas' talent won't be in the 2016 class.

Kawinpakorn had a stellar junior campaign in which she broke her own KU single season per-round average record with a 73.6 average. Kawinpakorn had previously set the record with a 75.4 average in 2012-13 and surpassed that with a 74.5 per round average in 2013-14.
