Biography

Ryan Willis is a 6-4, 195-pound Pro-Style Quarterback from Mission, KS. He transferred from Olathe (Kan.) East prior to his junior year. Named 1st team All-EKL, and he was honorable mention All-State as a junior. According to kansas.scout.com, Willis has a good arm, with what could be described as easy power. He is able to get the ball down the field with lot of force without forcing a lot of extra energy into his throw. Mobility is not the name of his game, but he moves around well enough in the pocket, and keeps his eyes downfield to find open targets. He throws a good deep ball, and money ball. He will sometimes press the action, and at times, that pays off.
