With the Cougars (9-2) throwing a match-up zone at the Kansas offense that was new to the Jayhawks and uncharacteristic of WSU, Schneider and his team were forced to adjust on the fly as best they could.

WATCH: Horrific soccer tackle ends with metal cleat studs to the face -

A long suspension is surely warranted, thought it doesn't look deliberate, and Melo was sure to check on Biglia after. But what was he thinking? Maybe he is training to be the next Rey Misterio Jr. when he brought up that second leg. What a horrific tackle. (Mr. Ed says: I dunno, this soccer thing seems pretty barbaric. I don't think I would let my kids play such a dangerous sport.)
