There wasn't much movement in the top 10, but there was lots of movement below that. Kansas flip-flopped with now #5 Iowa State after bringing home the Maui Classic championship.
#12 Xavier and #14 Syracuse were the biggest upward movers, with the Musketeers coming from #23 and the Orange coming from the ranks of the unranked.
Wichita State plummeted out of the top 25 after becoming the first team in AP poll history to collect four losses as a ranked team in November. The Shockers did not receive a single vote in the AP poll and only two points in the Coaches poll.
As for the rest of the Big 12, Oklahoma came in at #6, West Virginia made their first appearance of this season at #20, and Baylor also came in for the first time this year at #25. No other Big 12 teams received any votes. Yes, that means the that Big 12 currently has teams ranked at #4, #5, and #6.
