Kansas Beats Ft Hays State 95-59

Once again, Jayhawks take big halftime lead and cruise to the end.

Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

In the second exhibition game of the 2015-16 season, Kansas defeated the visiting Fort Hays State Tigers 95-59.

Once again, Perry Ellis led all scorers, this time with 16 points.  Mykhailiuk added 15, all on 3s, while Frank Mason put in 14 more.  Wayne Selden and Devonte Graham were the other Jayhawks in double digits, each with 11.

Carlton Bragg set the pace with 9 rebounds, while Selden added 6 assists.

The Jayhawks shot much better from the field in this one, shooting 60.4%, including 10/21 from behind the arc.  Free throws were also much better than in game one, shooting 21/29.  Kansas outrebounded FHSU 39-29.

If you live outside of the state of Kansas (and the Kansas City metro area), you were able to watch the game on ESPN3.  (The rest of us will have to catch it on replay if we so desire.)  Let us know what you saw out of the Jayhawks tonight - what you liked, what you didn't like, what went well, who looked good, etc.

I know it's "only" an exhibition match, and the second one at that, but, what did you take away from tonight's game?
