Kansas QB Ryan Willis Named National Freshman of the Week by Athlon Sports

As a product of a performance that saw him sprinkling his name throughout Kansas' history books in just his second collegiate start, Jayhawk quarterback Ryan Willis was named Athlon Sports National Freshman of the Week, as announced by the publication on Monday.

Kansas' Homecoming Game vs. Oklahoma on Halloween Slated for 2 or 2:30 p.m.

Kansas football host Oklahoma for its annual Homecoming game on Saturday, Oct. 31. The game, which will air on either FOX or FOX Sports 1 (FS1), has been tabbed for either a 2 p.m., or 2:30 p.m., kickoff the Big 12 Conference announced on Monday. A final decision on the game time and network broadcast will be announced Saturday (Oct. 24) or Sunday (Oct. 25).
