We all expected a blowout and Kansas did not disappoint. Although there are some positives we can gleam from this mess. For starters, we may have found a new quarterback in Ryan Willis. Willis went 20-36 for 158 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception. Not bad for a third stringer. Look at the one touchdown KU scored during the game:

Impressive way to start against the 3rd ranked team in the nation. I would have to think the starting QB job will be Willis' to lose the rest of this season. Getting a stronger offensive line will only boost his play.
That is about where the positives end. Baylor scored nearly at will the entire game. Their 400 pound tight end even scored.

Our schedule doesn't get any easier. Next week Texas Tech comes to town (and the final RCT tailgate of the season!). Then its @OSU, vs Oklahoma and @ Texas.
