The All Blue Thread

To celebrate our overlord Owen (and SBN) (edit: and grad woo grad) making our recs blue, it's time for an all blue thread. The only rule in the thread is you have to rec everything, regardless of content. To spur some discussion, a few questions:

1. How important is it, given that Embiid is out, for Kansas to win the Big 12 tournament?
2. Would you rather be a 1 seed in the East (note: I still think it's possible if Kansas wins the Big 12 tournament) or the 2 seed in a closer region?
3. What 1, 2 or 3 seed do you absolutely want to avoid in the tournament?
4. Take a look at a recent bracketology and give your perfect road to the national title (ex. if Kansas is a 2 seed, give me the 7 or 10 you want, the 3 you'd want to see in the sweet 16 and the 1 you'd want to see in the Elite 8. Feel free to mention any sleeper lower seeds you'd like to see or avoid as well.
