Ole Miss and Mississippi State are tied for third in the AP poll, two of the biggest movers after this past weekend full of upsets. They're in the Top-5 together for the first time in history.
First place votes went to Florida State (35), Auburn (23), and Mississippi State (2).
Florida State and Auburn were the only two Top-Six teams to win this past weekend. Baylor rounds out the new Top-5. Oregon fell 10 spots while Arizona went from unranked to #10, the biggest jump in the AP poll since it went to 25 teams in 1989. Unbeaten Georgia Tech also arrived in the poll this week at #23.
Southern Cal, LSU, BYU, and Wisconsin all dropped out completely after losing this past weekend. LSU had the second-longest active streak of poll appearances snapped at 87. Alabama currently has the longest active streak with 105.
