On Monday morning Charlie Weis stepped up to the podium as part of Big 12 media days which ran both Monday and Tuesday. As usual, Weis was very honest about the situation at Kansas and the work that needs to be done. There were interesting comments related to how Weis approaches recruiting, how he felt his team needs to improve and where the opportunity lies in year two for Weis.
