KU’s early exit keeps season from being special - KansasCity.com
I hate this line of thinking. I mean Louisville is the only no. 1 see in this thing. There are zero from the two line or the three line still alive. That's one team out what is believed to be the top 12 that made the Final Four. This thing isn't easy. Syracuse hasn't been since 2003, Michigan since 1993, Wichita State since 1965. It's NEVER easy and while the way Kansas lost was a little disheartening, the fact that they lost shouldn't completely tarnish the journey.

Loss will linger with KU, but roster overhaul begins now - KansasCity.com
“The last three minutes, we didn’t do a lot of things right,” Self said, “which will be something we’ll look back on and regret for a long, long time.”

Opinion: KU's stunning loss comes down to karma | KUsports.com
“We’re right there where we wanted the game, and of course the last three minutes we didn’t do a lot of things right, which will be something we’ll look back on and regret for a long, long time,” Kansas coach Bill Self said. “But props to Michigan for making all the plays late.”
