Most of the incoming class for this group is already on campus. Kansas went almost exclusively the junior college route for the defensive line and that could pay off big as the front four has a chance to be one of the most talented and deepest positions on the defensive side of the ball. With all the talent that will be on campus this Spring, the one arrival set for this summer might be the darkhorse and most exciting signing on the board.
Andrew Bolton | DE | Raymond, MSHinds C.C. | 6'3" | 280 | 4.8 |
Bolton is a big man, he's 6'3" 280 pounds and built like an NFL strongside defensive end right now. His offer list includes Iowa, LSU and Mississippi State. Those are programs with great defensive histories and great defensive line track records. Charlie Weis and Kansas went into SEC country and landed an end with offers from the SEC and they kept him locked up all the way until the end. Now he has to show up on the field, but this has to say a lot about the coaching staff and the job they have done recruiting.
