Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

1. Oklahoma (No. 11) (4-0, 1-0) (LW: 3)

A really solid win on the road against then-ranked No. 22 Notre Dame propels the Sooners to the top of the Power Rankings. For those wanting Baylor at the top, it's played Wofford, Buffalo and Louisiana-Monroe—all at home. Blake Bell tossed for 232 yards and two scores.

8. West Virginia (3-2, 1-1) (LW: 9)

The Mountaineers are like the NFC East. One week they show up, the next week they don't. You never really know which Dana Holgorsen team you'll get. They played well this week, but will it be enough against Baylor's high-octane offense? Probably not.

This week: at Baylor

9. Kansas (2-1) (LW: 8)

Last week: Bye

This week: vs. Texas Tech (Homecoming)

10. Iowa State (1-2) (LW: 10)

A win! The Cyclones become the last team in the Big 12 to pick up a win this season. They had a little bit of trouble with Tulsa in the first half going down 14-7 at one point in the second quarter before tying it up heading into the locker room. Iowa State would outscore Tulsa 24-7 in the second half behind two of Jeff Woody's three goal-line touchdowns.
