A few thoughts
- Here's the diverse offense that will help us determine whether or not the Kansas defense can continue to gameplan and execute like they have the first two weeks of the season.
- Tough to know what to make of the Jayhawk offense when looking at the numbers for the first two weeks. Week 1 was so awful that it drags down a lot of the good from week 2. Passing effiency as an example, Webb in week 2 had a 141.2, much better than the average used here.
- Statistical goal for week 2: Increase sacks for the defense and decrease sacks allowed for the offense. Getting to QB Austin Davis will be tough but disrupting him in the game will help the defensive backs. If he's allowed to throw without pressure, the results probably won't be good for us.
