Welcome to the Rock Chalk Talk and your open thread for the Kansas Jayhawks vs. the Memphis Tigers. Tonight the Jayhawks head to one of the basketball mecca's of the world, Madison Square Garden in New York, New York.

The Tigers sit with an identical 7-0 record, a #14 national ranking and an offense that can be as explosive as Kansas' on any given night. Huge test for the Jayhawks. I think before the season ends we'll be able to look back at the Arizona game as a big win as they approach fringe top 25 status, but tonight Memphis is a bona fide national player. Should be a fun one.
