Jayhawks Sign Two More Recruits

More on these guys later, just wanted to keep you updated.

The Jayhawks signed WR Jamaal Johnson from Houston, Texas a couple of weeks back. From the looks of his size (6'2" 180 pounds) he needs some time in the weight room before he competes on-on-one against Big 12 corners, but could be a red zone threat from day one. He averaged 13.7 yards a catch as a junior last year with 8 TD's, so he knows how to find the endzone and run deep routes.

Next, we signed JUCO DT Ryan Glazer. He is a smaller defensive tackle at 6'3" 285 but should be able to contribute immediately when he comes in in 2008. He will graduate early and be at spring practice next season, possibly becoming one of the key members of the rotation from day one.

Again, I will have more on these recruits later as we get closer and closer to kickoff.
