Jayhawks Sneak Out with a Win in Overtime

Those are the games that good teams lose and great teams win. We were on the road and they had stretch after stretch where they could have pulled away but we stayed in it the entire game. Hilton Coliseum is one of the best home court advantages in the Big 12 and we always seem to have major trouble while we are there. A 68-64 OT win is always a solid win on the road in the Big 12, good job overall to the Jayhawks.

I am going to the Patriots-Chargers game tomorrow so I probably won't be able to make a Game Recap post, but I should do a quick one on Monday before we get ready for one of the most important games of the year, when Missouri visits Allen Fieldhouse on Big Monday. We will get our first look at what the Tigers look like with a real game coach coaching them with former UAB coach Mike Anderson being the head coach.

Here is KU Sports's game recap
Here is their piece Extra Minutes
Here is ESPN's take on the game

Also, in breaking football news the Jayhawks have hired former Illinois Offensive Line Coach Ed Warinner to be our offensive coordinator.
