Big-12 Baseball Standings

By taking one of three in Nebraska Kansas maintained 7th place in the conference for another week, although KU and Kansas State are now tied at that ranking. The Wildcats took two of three at Waco and further buried Texas Tech in the cellar. Kansas State climbed over Oklahoma, pushing the Sooners across the line of sorrow. Meanwhile, at the top of the conference, Oklahoma State moved into 3rd place. Texas cleaned house on Friday, roster wise. Garrido only allowed 24 players to suit up for the weekend series vs. OSU, but not even this desperate measure saved UT from suffering its first conference sweep at home since the formation of the Big-12. Texas and Baylor are tied for 5th place with 8-10 records.
