Kansas > Nebraska
In the money-makers.
The last five matchups between Kansas and Nebraska, in the two most important, money-making sports (football and basketball), have not ended well for the Cornhuskers.
The scores?
Basketball (07 vs. Nebraska) -- 92-39
Football (Lawrence) -- 76-39
Basketball (08 @ Nebraska) -- 79-58
Basketball (08 vs. Nebraska) -- 84-49
407-241
Ouch.
More on the game a little later, for now take in the absolute domination of the Cornhuskers in 2007/08.

If it is, BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
ESPN has gotten pretty terrible in the last couple of years, but this would have to rank with one of their stupidest decisions ever. The gimmick reflects perfectly everything that is wrong with that group of networks: they think people tune in to watch THEM, not the sports.
Who in their right mind would rather watch the truck cam of a game on another channel between two struggling teams, when an in-state rivalry game featuring potentially 7 or 8 future NBA players and two hot teams?

im not sure...
UT-A&M has been scheduled to be on the deuce since before the season, i dont know if they can switch two games out.
i guess they could, if they wanted to, but UT-A&M is a big rivalry, and they probably prefer texas schools to kansas anyways.
not a smart decision by any means, but at least it isnt being pushed off for missouri-texas tech...
