Silly RockChalk
Beating mid-majors is for kids! I don't see us losing a game at home this year. Several road games still worry me though:

BC
Nebraska (seem to be rapidly improving)
KState (gotta keep the streak alive)
Texas
aTm

agreed on nebraska.
i am seriously scared for that game.

nebraska is good this year, baylor is good this year. the big 12 is the best conference in basketball right now, probably the best combination of football-basketball too (us or the pac 10 for sure).

i wouldnt be surprised in the least to lose 4 games on the road in the big 12. every game, except iowa state and colorado, is going to be a dogfight.

I went to the game today.
I went early and was able to get a seat four rows behind the KU bench.  It was the best seat I have ever had for a basketball game.

Arthur and Jackson had great games inside.  The outcome was never in doubt.

As we left Allen Field House we were greeted with high winds, flying snow and about three inches of accumulation.  I had trouble seeing a hundred yards as I made my way back up the hill.

I may have some pictures to post later if I can figure out how to get them from shutterbug onto the web.

see, what did i say...
a deficit at halftime, barely sneaking by a mid-major...

maybe i was a little biased because of the game i saw in person. in any case, we played pretty well.

DA still frustrates me, he still seems too soft, scoring all of his points with his back away from the basket, most of the time even fading away from the basket. if he had an attitude, he would be all-american, easy. as of right now, he wont even be all-big 12.

i will recap this game sometime tonight or tomorrow, but otherwise i wont be doing anything until after christmas.

starting wednesday, december 26th, we start previewing the virginia tech hokies.
