The Thunder is also sending Cole Aldrich, Daequan Cook and Lazar Hayward to the Rockets.

Looks like Cole is going to the Rockets in the James Harden deal.
Just some quick stuff from Twitter. "Elijah Johnson was excellent leader, McLemore is as good a freshman as I've seen under Self... " "Andrew White can't defend yet but has a GREAT shooting stroke, Travis Releford is perfect glue guy for young team, Withey solid, not great." On Ben McLemore: "I believe he has better chance to be great than either (Xavier Henry and Brandon Rush)." On Perry Ellis: "Still deer in headlights but talented enough to get out of the way of the car." On Landen Lucas: "Big bodied work in progress."I was impressed with Traylor. reminded me of a young T-Rob." (Not sure if he means Lucas with that last bit, or Traylor.) On if KU will win Big 12: "I am not stupid enough to pick against KU" On if PG play is the biggest question mark: "Yes, but not big factor the way they move the ball."
Well the football program is getting national press at least. This is a little above a "non-story" and still below anything big at this point but I do think the program needs to find a way to move on quietly.
It might be giving up, but it also seems like a good idea.
For all Rock Chalk fans, as most of you know ESPN 30 for 30 is doing a documentary on the return of the original rules of basketball to Lawrence, Kansas. We are having the producer and star of There's No Place Like Home, Josh Swade, on the Seth and Sean radio show tomorrow at 7 eastern time. If you want to listen or call in, the # is 760 283 0846 and the link to the show is above. If you are unable to listen live, the archive will be available on backsportspage.com.
Someone at SBN's Clippers blog came out with a guide that will hopefully help some of the people having a bit of a problem adjusting to the new format.
With it being a bye week, it seems to be a good of week as any to do another music thread. I'll start things off. I've been playing Mumford and Son's nonstop since their new album came out a few days ago. Big fan of that one. What do you recommend?
Vonleh was probably going to be a top 5 guy in 2014 and now joins what already looks like a very good 2013 class. He is listed at 6'9" and looks like he has some filling out to do. A very good potential Hudy project.

Not much defense in this game.
