No I haven't forgotten about this just been occupied the last several Friday's. I'll be honest I haven't done jack towards my fitness goals the last several weeks but its not technically summer yet so I'm ok, right? So how are your summer fitness goals going? You been getting off your ass at least once a week?

Well now that is is almost summer, grilling is how many of us like to cook our meals. List in the comments any nutritious or healthy meals you like to prepare on the grill. Or any summer related dishes. Hell, lets just say anything healthy you like to make will be fine. Just post your recipes.
