SB Nation BlogPoll College Football Rankings 2011

This weeks final SB Nation blogpoll is out and as usual the 'others receiving votes might include the most interesting discussion but I'm still baffled that I can't find Kansas in the mix?

Top six is very close to what we here at Rock Chalk Talk are putting forth this week. The lone discrepancy can be found at no. 2 where Oregon is favored over Florida State. RCT likes Jimbo Fisher and the 'Noles so we gave the nod to the East coast on this one.

Unfortunately our Big 12 bias didn't translate to the nationwide poll as both Baylor and Okie Light are on the outside looking in, but try not to get to excited about the fact that the Cyclones are on the CUSP of greatness. This is what happens when you're team is really bad, you gravitate toward other lovable losers who are finding success.

The one I continue to ignore is Northwestern. I've seen them creeping up in the polls over the last two weeks and I can't honestly say I know anything about them other than their coach. Pretty good this year it seems? Might be time to put Northwestern football on my bucket list!
