It's that time of the week. Rock Chalk Talk will be submitting our community ballot tomorrow so today we let the debate begin surrounding who should be ranked where. Florida State, Kansas State and Oregon all had impressive wins on Saturday. Notre Dame got by Michigan and Oregon State pulled their second upset of the season by knocking off UCLA.
