Kansas State Wildcats vs. Missouri Tigers - Recap - February 21, 2012 - ESPN
This of course happened last night. Hat tip to Kansas State and Frank Martin for getting it done. They were staring down the barrel after losing to us in Manhattan and they've responded with a win at Baylor and at Missouri. That should punch their ticket and hopefully give us the little wiggle room we needed to lock this thing down.

Martin pleased with K-State's resiliency - College Basketball Nation Blog - ESPN
I think many of us here have been complimentary of Martin and even though he might be erratic and his style isn't necessarily pretty we tend to respect what they put together. This now marks the second year where they have surged at just the right time. I should quit being so happy for them, but I think it's because of who they beat.

I have to agree with King, Kentucky looks like the class of the college basketball world right now. It will be interesting to see how they hold up.
