Big game and opportunity today for Gill and the team.
Hang in and be competitive and you’ll hook some people. Pull a KSU performance from last year and good luck getting people into the stadium from here on out.
Glad I came, just wish I hadn't stayed so long.

Watch online
Does anyone have an online link for one of those feeds?
Even though it is on Fox Sports, ESPN is listing it on ESPN 3
Not sure if that will actually work or not, but worth a try http://scores.espn.go.com/college-football/scoreboard?confId=4&seasonYear=2011&seasonType=2&weekNumber=3

I guess it is subject to blackout
so it depends on where you live.

They better not black it out here in Austin
it’s the only way I get HD (through the Xbox)!

Anyone tried ESPN3 from the UK
I was thinking more like justin.tv which worked over here for basketball games last year but ESPN3 is definitely worth a whirl.
I notice
that Tech’s two leading rushers are backup QBs. Does anyone know if that’s just from an abundance of garbage time rushes, or do they find a way to work those guys into the game in other ways?
I can get that
David Sims is no longer a quarterback; he is the starting B-back (fullback). He changed positions in the spring. B-Back is the position that has gotten the most yardage since Johnson got here.
Synjyn Days is the second string quarterback and is getting garbage-time yardage (most of it was in the fourth quarter last week). He’s a red-shirt freshman and doesn’t seem to be fully comfortable with running the wide option, so he calls his own number often (Johnson says that they do a lot of designed quarterback runs with him, too). He’s a very good runner. And he’s 4-5 passing for 106 yards. He’d be a great “quarterback of the future” if everyone wasn’t in love with a true freshman who hasn’t taken a snap yet (Vad Lee).
The A-backs rotate a lot (Johnson uses them to send in the plays), so the yardage gets spread out. The next three leading rushers are all A-backs.
By position the yardage looks like this:
AB – 282
BB – 209
QB – 192
I'm ready to see how our offense responds to a legit D
I know our D is going to be bad all year, but can the offense keep it rolling? Can this be like Mangino’s second season, 2003, where we had no defense at all but an offense that could produce a shootout?
Shit happens when you win championships
I am still holding out hope for at least some
improvement on D. I really don’t think we will continue to outscore teams, especially as the competition improves.

I am too
Granted the D line won’t get better until Dorsey returns (or should I say if?).
But they’ve only had 2 games under Shealy’s 3-4. That’s not very much experience.
