Right call, I even saw a WIDE open receiver on the play. I haven't read anything for certain but I do wonder if the fade throw was Webb's decision, or if he was instructed to make that throw during the timeout. I think that's a pretty key distinction because it either puts this one on Webb or Long/Gill. If Webb failed to see the open slant, that's him. If he was heading into that play instructed to go fade all the way, I think we've covered why that would be a mistake.
