WR coach leaving UT

UT's wide receivers coach, Bobby Kennedy, is leaving for CU.

mentions that he is returning home - grew up in Boulder, so maybe it isn't as much of a head scratcher as it would originally seem, but still leaves me wondering:

1. Is the UT boat taking on water badly with this many coaches leaving?

2. Does this make it that much more ominous for KU to keep Coach Wyatt?

I think I read somewhere recently that Mack Brown has said that he will be there 2-3 more years. Results from the decade prior to this year - on the field and recruiting rankings, would seem to indicate that UT will remain dominant. 2010 results  in spite of all those recruits and the mass exodus of coaches makes me wonder if maybe there is something more going on. Maybe it isn't a slam dunk that Coach Wyatt would actually stay with us.
