I find it interesting

that in the Spring game, the D-Line dominated the O-Line, yet in these write ups you’d think things were the opposite.

Good for Buddy Wyatt to realize that the D-Line still needs improvement and only looked moderately impressive against an offensive line that looked terrible.

I think

we find out how far the D-line has come against the option happy Yellowjackets. That will be a good measuring stick early.

We're likely to get beaten by that measuring stick.

build a damn football program, beat some ass, and get on tv more.

Our line just needs containment against GT,

it’s the linebackers who will need to show some game.

My understanding is

that defending the options is mostly a matter of playing assignment sound D.

I seem to recall reading that one of the new D coaches have significant experience against the option. That should bode well for the Hawks. That and the fact that the game is #2 on the schedule.
